What this quote means to me is that its better to be by yourself than people who only CTW. If you hang around with those people you will start to become like them. If you hang out wit CTR people you will become like them too. But its better to become a CTR person than CTW. Choosing the wrong will only bring you sadness and despair when you're left all alone for being bad.
