What this quote means to me is that you have to have an if and then system. If and then system work because it gets you out of bad situations. For example, if I do drugs at the party, then I will be CTW. If I get good grades all high school, then ill go to a good college. It helps you figure out what is a good thing to do and what is a bad thing to do.
