What this quote means to me is to take care of yourself. These 3 things are whats best for our nation. Theodore also says character is the most important of the 3 and I agree. If someone who is a bad person is president that bad character will cause many issues. The greatest thing we could do for this nation is to be good and take care for ourselves.

Medical assistants often take medical histories and record vital signs of patients. Medical assistants complete administrative and clinical tasks in the offices of physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. Their duties vary with the location, specialty, and size of the practice.

Education:

Associate's degree, diploma or certificate in medical assistance
Demand:

Employment of medical assistants is projected to grow 23 percent from 2014 to 2024, much faster than the average for all occupations.

Reflection:

I wouldn’t like to be a medical assistant because I'd rather be a doctor not just an assistant. The salary is low and I don't like the job overall.

       What this quote means to me is that you cant succeed without both. You cant have one and expect to be successful. To reach the maximum of success you could achieve is to have both intelligence, and character. You could achieve minor success with just intelligence. But its better to reach your maximum potential.

A kinesiologist examines and understands the physical capability of every individual and provides them proper training and assistance in case they require to amplify their physical capacity to sustain stress. They help strengthen the bones and muscles by designing proper exercise schedules and diet for the people who have to perform aggressive tasks throughout the day.

Reflection: I don’t think I would like to be a kinesiologist because it would have to take a lot of patience. You would need to be a people person and i’m not.

       What this quote means to me is that we need to start or continue to do the right things. Also to stop if we are doing the wrong things. Like starting to choose the right. Or continuing to do homework or classwork. To stop smoking or doing drugs if you are doing them. Other things are to start eating healthy or continuing to. To stop rebelling in any way.

School Break Days

My mother kept me in check for sure with the chores. I stayed at my house for Christmas. I thankfully did not have any homework. I also began my new year's resolutions. I will try to do my homework the day it was assigned. I started winter break by watching Netflix. I ate pozole and tamales for Christmas
